Duties include:
Patrol property and respond to reports of criminal activity or disturbances.
Monitor surveillance equipment and report any suspicious activity or activities.
Remove graffiti and maintain graffiti-free areas.
Assist customers in loading and unloading property.
Check identification of all guests on the property to make sure it is valid and current.
Investigate reports of theft, damage, or other issues regarding client properties.
Report emergency situations accurately and quickly.
Comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
Skills:
Proven working experience as a security guard or relevant position.
Trained security officer or the ability to become trained.
Ability to operate surveillance systems, weapons, and other equipment.
Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
Focused and professional demeanor.
Ability to be on time, prepared, and prepared well for the day.
Must have reliable transportation & a valid driver's license.
